On becoming a leader, the key there to be a good one is to learn how to be with people. Dealing with people of different ideas and personalities is a bit hard to handle. Leadership is not just, answering a 10 items easy questions but its how you continue to answer more and more difficult questions.It's a lifetime responsibility because its in us,just waiting for the perfect timing , a big opportunity, and  lots of experiences to lead.To an extent, leadership is like beauty: it's hard to define, but you know it when you see it.

        Many skills are very important in leadership or in dealing with people, but one skill is essential; the ability to communicate. Whether you are discussing in a meeting, chatting with friends, talking over the phone, checking your people/friends tru facebook,twitters or blogs, what we are doing is communicating. These exchanges are the backbone and the life blood of every organization or relationships.To become an effective leader, one should know how to express themselves fully. By this means, for me I should be aware of my strengths and compensate my weaknesses. I must know what I want, why I wanted it, and how to communicate what I want to others, in order to gain their cooperation and support.Finally, I must know how to achieve the goals of an organization. The key to full self-expression is to understand and learned my own life and experience.In this way,i could find it easy to understand others.I believe that to become a leader is not  born but are made and made more by themselves than by external means.Its all up to me to become a good one,as long as I knew the rules, the goals and be focused, knew the people who will help me in achieving the goals, to understand them as well,and always in mind that I lead because I wanted  to help more people not  just on my vested interests.For me, leading is a talent that we could innovate along the way and improved and be more graceful  when practiced more.Becoming the kind of person who is a leader is act of free will,and if you have the will,this is the way.Leadership is a process of lessons.There is a need for education,both formal or informal; the need to unlearn so that you can learn; the need for reflecting on learning; the need to take risks; make mistakes; and the need for competence,for mastery of the task at hand.Leading is something like becoming yourself,knowing the world,the people around, mastering the work, understanding the basics and moving forward out of chaos and difficulties.
