A LEADER WHOM I ADMIRE MOST

After graduation, I applied immediately as a secretary of Philphos located at Isabel Leyte. Since, I am still a fresh grad and my course is not related to my new job, I had difficulties in adjusting and doing my job well. Fortunately, I had a mentor. She was the Admin Assistant of the SVP-department where I belong. She is Ms. BABY V. PEREZ. I admired her a lot due to her leadership skills. As new to the fields of secretarial, I was able to manage the pressure because of her. She was so approachable that I can easily ask her many questions about how to do this and that even to the simplest things. She really knew her field and master it of which no matter where you put her, she can still answer you promptly. A good leader is not just the one who will often tell you to do things or just do the command but will do it first, for us to follow. She will always leads me the way to do things better.  She guides me and patient enough to accept my mistakes provided that I can do better afterwards, surely I can due to her encouragement. She is a mentor and a friend. She has a clear guiding vision. She has a clear idea of what she wants to do-professionally and personally. We’re not so close but we’re not that far so we can still respect each other’s privacy and maintain the gap to avoid abuse and disrespect when we are at the office. She knew a lot of what to do and when to do this. We bond together after office hours and laugh as friends. She has the passion for her job. She loves what he does and loves doing it. She gives me hope and inspiration each day of seeing her doing her job so well. She never stops learning. She will try new things and take a risk in making decisions. She does not worry about failures.
Although, she is not a direct leader to most people but still she was to me. She possesses a good quality of being a good leader. She has an excellent brain and with an enormous heart for people.
I miss her a lot and she's now in Canada with her happy family. Thanks to you Ms. Baby for being a good leader to me,a friend who had given me a millions of smiles and ears and a mother who never let me cry alone. Thanks to you.
